Stainless bearing
1, 440c Stainless Steel Bearings
As a standard, all stainless steel bearings, rings, and steel balls are processed by AISI SUS440C (9 Cr18Mo or 9 Cr18) vacuum quenching. All retainers and seals are made of AISI304 or AISI316, and they are guaranteed to measure up to the ISO ABEC-5 standard and vibration level Z3.
2, 316 Stainless Steel Bearings
Compared with carbon chromium Martensitic stainless steel (440C), Austenitic stainless steel (316) has better corrosion and magnetic resistance. All Austenitic stainless steel bearings are made of AISI SUS316L (316) or SUS304 material, including both inside and outside rings, balls, and retainers. Because the Austenitic stainless steel can't be entirely solid, these bearings can't be used in high-load and high-speed environments, but they are a good choice when it comes to rust and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in the chemical and electronic industries.
3, 304 Stainless Steel Bearings
304 stainless steel bearings are a common type of stainless steel bearing. They have better corrosion resistance than 440C stainless steel bearings, but they are cheaper than 316 stainless steel bearings.
